Message	1. If you go with paint: A. prep is key. Get some muratic acid (use a mask when using this stuff, it puts off a toxic odor), mixed 1:3 with water. Spread on floor and scrub with stiff bristle push broom. Spray off 2+ times B. Quality of paint used is a big factor. Don't go cheap here 2. Consider etching the concrete instead. Virtually indestructible and looks great. Tons of different colors and finishes. If you go this way I suggest putting on the top gloss coat and have some sand sprinkled on afterward for grip. Number 2 is my suggestion on best solution. Since it permanently stains the concrete it will last as long as the concrete as compared to paint which can, and will, chip, etc. _______________________________________________________________________________________ [Sigh] Z SOLD 02.17.2007
