Message	one would think that 'months' might be a long time between oil and fluid checks. I suspect you would have noticed the battery problem early. The good news is it speaks for the toughness of the battery since the car ran fine. The bad news is I *doubt* the warranty will do anything. It does not *look* like an internal problem. Let us know the final diagnosis
