| You have it out of the car.....that's the hardest part. Upgrade the injectors, manifolds, turbos. Replace all of the gaskets and belts, water pump, oil pump (might as well on the oil pump, at 12k yours is likely OK but who wants to take a risk on it - especially when you are 80% there on replacing it?) Did you check the compression before you pulled it? I hope so....that could have told you how your rings are doing.... If it was me, I would tear that sucker down and build the crap out of it.
