Message	a clue as to what they are dealing with. That's what the BBB told ME after I experienced problems with a racing shop that built my tranny and it poured fluid out, um like 6 times, they finally SENT my tranny to ANOTHER shop, payed for that, and refunded me my original money. Maybe it's different in each state.
