Message	For those of you with Optima batteries, has anyone had any problems??? I've got the Optima Red top in my 96 Maxima and yesterday I open the hood to look at the alternator when I notice that my battery has melted. I have no idea how long it has been like that. I haven't been in the engine compartment in months. Anyways, here are some pics: What do you think would have caused this? It looks like the hold down bolt shorted out with the positive connection where my stereo ties into after being disinigrated by the melt down. Hopefully this is covered by the battery warranty. I'm gonna try to take it back to batteries plus after work today. What's interesting is that the car has been driving and starting up like nothing was wrong.
