get one or two in the same spot... it's an anti-flamitory shot. It makes it feel really good for 3 days. That's why they told me to stay at home for the next 3 days... they won't even let me run... but I think the Padre's surgens know what they are doing... he said he is only giving me one then I have to see him in two or three weeks... Justin
