We have a 91 TTZ, 96 Accord and 84 Cavalier. Wife drives the Accord for work, I drive the Cavalier for work, we drive the TTZ for fun on weekends. If we take the kid anywhere it is in the Accord, the Cavalier is far too gone (beater) to transport the kid unless absolutely necessary. To summarize our setup: CAR FOR KID (Accord) CAR USUALLY NOT FOR KID (Cavalier) FUN MACHINE (TTZ)Follow this for your setup: CAR FOR KID (Maxima or Accord) CAR USUALLY NOT FOR KID (New Z or 280ZXT) FUN MACHINE (New Z or 280ZXT) You don't want to put a kid in a Z unless you really have to. But for us the Cavalier is about even with the Z for safety of a secondary kid car. So as long as you have a truely 'kid' car and an 'only when necessary kid' car you should be fine. Works for us with one kid. This will buy you time until the next kid and get you a 90+ Z now:)
