Subject	Hatch lock! What could be wrong?

Message	I just installed my JDM rear "red" center panel and for some reason, the hatch doesn't lock when I put it down. I have absolutely no idea what could be causing it, but when I put a screw driver head into the lock, it will lock shut, ahhhhhhhh! Thanks for any help in advance!
