| I just got word from one of the testers (Rule12b) that he has 6000+ noise-free miles on a set of my prototype sprockets. It is widely accepted that most VGs will exhibit some type of VTC noise within 2500 miles after installing high-pressure valve springs, and I should mention, even with HD VTC springs installed. My goal has been to have at least three test vehicles reach 5000 noise-free miles with my prototype rebuilt sprockets before they are made available to the public. One key element of the testing is that all are running stock front VTC springs, proving that the aftermarket HD VTC springs are a farce when it comes to controlling VTC noise. If any of you other testers would like to post your current mileage on this thread, that would be great.
