| but here is a link to a previous post. The pictures are no longer the correct size through Photodump but I sent most of them in my e-mail. I don't have any really good photos because the car has been in the garage for months (actually years now) and it isn't finished yet! I went with the "build it first and then buy the correct size wheels". Different shops want what they are comfortable with doing. Some want the wheels first and some don't. The fabricator who did my metal fabrication knew I was going to get custom wheels to fit what he did so he "just" added 3-inches on each side. He was very good......the "just" means this was extreemly labor intesive and time consuming and not cheap. Skilled labor is expensive. The custom wheels are expensive. The tires are expensive. I wouldn't spend my money this way again if I had it to do over. There is more money in just the fabrication, wheels and tires than most Zs are worth. This didn't include the finish paint and body work. That was worth another Z. Having warned you.....good luck with your decision. It's your Z and your money. "Hi, my name is Roger and I'm an addict.
