Not sure how you read that originally, but I took it as "I'm having my friend sort through the boxes I got back from the place making the piping kits and having him affix the labels to them. Then I will have him call UPS/FedEx/whatever to come and pick them up. So customers will begin to actually receive their pre-paid product in however long it takes from Florida." (I know I got a bunch of stuff in a box that is probably both larger and heavier than the piping kits from Florida to Syracuse, NY in 2 or 3 days) who knows what the actual reason is, but I'm sure he'll convince everyone that ordered that it isn't his fault in the least.
