I used a hydraulic press with various pieces of 4x4's, 8x8's, 2x4's, sockets, pieces of pipe, pipe fittings, etc to do the job. I drilled between the inner and outer sleeves with a drill ro weaken the rubber, then pushed the inner sleeves out. Next I used a SawZall to cut through the outer sleeves and press/knocked them out. Then I used the press to press in the new bushings. The trick was finding the right combination of pieces of wood and sockets/pipe fitting to be able to get a decent straight-line application of force to the bushings to press them in. The hub/knuckle assmebly is a funky shaps as you can see, and it's not exactly straightforward to get the press mandrel lined up with the bushing.
