Message	Most head units now days have a separate lead (orange I believe) specifically for the antennae so it goes up only when the tuner is on. The amp remote wire (usually blue with a white stripe) will go hot any time you turn on the head unit. Check [ www.the12volt.com ] and you can find a lot of good info there
