By the time you buy the shocks, hardware, and springs you'll have spent almost as much as a good set of coilovers from SPL. Here's the deal. You don't 'need' a camber kit. You will 'need' to get the car aligned. With the camber out of spec but the caster and toe correct, the tire will wear at the same rate as it would have with correct camber. However, it will wear uneven, but will not wear any sooner. If you take the car to the track, the added camber may help a bit. However, if you're just planning on keeping it a fun street car then you may as well pick up a adjustable upper control arms from SPL or PowerTrix.
