Message	(flush with the fender), +45 on a 9" wide wheel would probably not make him happy. That will sit over 1/2" farther in than a 10" wide wheel with a +44 offset. Ideally, on a 9" wide wheel, you would want a +38ish offset for the rear. I'm not saying that yours won't work, they just won't sit as flush with the fender.
