Message Part of what I went through on my trip through the northwest US two weeks ago. Because of the extremes of weather I travelled through for 2100 miles, I had a pretty good sense of how the tires perform under various temperature and moisture conditions. I switched them from the 451's which I ran last fall, so I eager to try out the 452's for a week-long road trip.

I am happy to report that the Falken FK-452's have excellent grip on warm, dry pavement, good traction on cold dry pavement, driving above the posted limit, on twisting 2 lane roads. Grip was also good at freeway speeds on wet cold pavement, especially lane changing in the Steven's pass in Washington state. I found them actually a bit noisier than the 451's on the highway, oddly enough.

We were hit by a snow squall in Montana, and had no choice but to forge on ahead. With no sudden driving inputs and no traffic, they got me through the low road through Glacier National Park, with ice and blowing snow. Not what I wanted to do, but I had no choice. Came out the other side onto clear, dry roads and zipped home. I was suitably impressed.

Eager to hear your track impressions of the Falkens, although
I have a set of RT-615's getting mounted up on the Enkeis for the summer.

Regards,

My Zs are hybrid vehicles, they run on gasoline and money

times change, people change, but the Z32 still kicks ass.

I was more wondering how you set your climate control to 22*
lol, it would be that fastest freezer on wheels!
