Message	I've seen guys do what they called a plastic weld on street bike parts. After hours of smoothing and sanding I couldn't tell where they were originally broke. If it would work, find someone that has the same rear valance that is damaged. Cut a section out the size you need just next to the exhaust cutout. The bends should match pretty close.
