that two can play the insurance company's game, even if the cards are stacked in their favor, you just gotta do a little legwork. They really do make you drag the money you deserve out of them. Unfortunately too many people just accept what the insurance company tells them as the truth, and need to see example like yours in order to realize that they have to stick up for themselves if they want to get a fair settlement. I think an additional note would be to talk to a guy like Mr. Hamm before something happens. I imagine it would make life much easier if the car is appraised professionally before a claim needs to be filed.
