Message	is copied and manufactured by a country which does not recognize US patent laws, there is no remedy available to the plaintif. China is the number one offender. When it suits them, they simply refuse to abide by, and enforce, international patent reciprocity. If you can't act against the mfr, then your only recourse is to file against every point in the supply chain up to, and including, the retail outlets, which would be a legal nightmare. _________________________________________________ What's the difference between Daytona and New York??
