But an application for a provisional patent was filed for a new product we will be releasing soon, so today is a good day. :) As for the imported product being sold that is patented: "Any party that manufactures, uses, sells, or offers for sale patented technology, during the term of the patent and within the country that issued the patent, is considered to infringe the patent."
