Message Hello All,

This is my 3rd LED project for my Z32. This upgrade is for the Center High Mount Stop Light or Third-Brake Light. The main goal for this upgrade was safety for the passengers. LED's offer near instantaneous-on-time compared to the ramp-up time inherit with incandescent bulbs. There's a datasheet available from Lumileds, DS29 - 6 LED High Mount Stop Light Array, regarding the array that i used for this upgrade.

Since it passed 3 days of in-car use, day and night, i think it's safe to say that it works.

WOW!!! This is an upgrade. The on time is NOW! The ouput color GREAT! There's a small unigue pattern, 1-2-6-2-1 from the OEM red filter lens. There's a nice new look of brillance or shine that the camera can't pickup. Also noticed that the majority of drivers stop a little farther away. COOL! This is a must use/see instance. I am extremely pleased with the result. You too should upgrade. A copy of this is on my website for archive.
