Subject	Anyone familiar with salvage title washing?

Message	I currently have a Georgia salvage title on my 91 TT and I've been working on rebuilding it. Soon I'm planning to get the car inspected and then I should have a rebuilt salvage title. First off, I've had this car for about ten years and I never plan on selling it. So, before I start asking about title washing, please know that I'm not asking so that I can rip someone off... The reason that I'm interested in title washing is because I plan on moving between quite a few different states in the next few years. For example, soon I'll be moving to New York. Since I'll have a Georgia rebuilt salvage title, New York (and many other states) require for me to have the vehicle inspected again before being issued a NY title. I don't want to go through this inspection process more than once. I definitely don't want to go through with it every time I move to a new state. So... I don't know if this still works, but, I've heard that if I were to sell my car with a GA rebuilt salvage to my friend in Florida, then he were to sell it back to me, the car would come back with a clean GA title. Is this true? If anyone with experience could share some info, I'd be most appreciative.
