Message	the purpose is to drive from place to place. By most peoples' definition, REAL sports cars shouldn't have half the shit they stuffed into the z. So here is your answer, people who want a comfortable, fast, well handling car to drive around through traffic 2 or 3 hrs a day, and its faster, and no burning up clutches all the time. If you learn to drive it right, it can be a lot of fun as well. If it was my sunny day weekend car it would be manual shift. For my daily, I prefer something with a little more which is why I drive a Z and not a maxima.
