Message he said he can check the clearances for the piston/cylinder wall no problem. And he can check the bearing clearances too.

I asked him if he can micro polish my crank and he said he cannot touch my crank as he does not have the appropriate machinery. He said he can recommend me to a shop and have them micro polish it if I want. But he said to take the crank, block, piston and rods in to him first to make sure he recommends me getting it micro polished.

The heads are done and ready. Waiting to be put on the engine. The block is ready to go to the shop, I just have to clear up the flashing in the coolant galleys.

I have been sick in the past few days and was not able to touch the engine. Hopefully I can drop the block off at the shop by this weekend.

Ya the gaskets are definitely not holding me back, but I have yet to make another huge order from Coz for the left over necessary parts needed to put the car back together.

I have nightmares about that happening...I'd be the poor bastard you'd hear about on the news that gets killed by a softball-size chunk while spreading out my body over the hood and screaming "Nooo!" (Having a conversation about hail damage) - BradZ (FL) on March 25, 2005 at 9:56 PM

Tell your friend that you could take a dump, light it on fire and that would be hotter shit than his car. Probes suck, that's just all there is to it. - 300ZXpert (someday) on April 04, 2005 at 11:35 PM
