Unless you have a new final drive ratio caused by a different rear end/smaller tires/or smaller internal gears in the transmission, then your speed at say 7125 RPMs in 2nd gear is the same as it was and always will be (unless you somehow change the final drive). Basically, no matter how much power you have, or how well your clutch is adjusted, your speed will always be 'x' at 'y' RPMs. Hope this helps.
