| big bulky items. have items packaged and ready to go, all they will do is weigh packages and make sure they get on the right bus. the buyer does not have to be there at the other end when items arrive. they will phone the buyer with number you provided. busses usually run on time so it's no mystery when bus will get there. I've used them a couple of times and the service went off without a hitch. If you're going to a big terminal, place can get busy and lines can get long. Don't stand in the ticket line like I did the first time, only to be told to go the freight office. I wasn't aware of any priority service.
