Subject	anyone have a list of the maintenance intervals?

Message	my car just turned 30k this week, so I wanted to check what the maintenance interval suggested.. I also need to test my o2 sensors, someone mentioned about how to do that here via an voltmeter? I searched to no avail.. - John
