That was more directed to the US people on the frequencies. But the same principle applies to Europe for their bands. I imagine if they are using Ka, K, X ... that they are using the same frequencies. You can call up Valentine 1 and talk to their support and they will be able to tell you better. I've actually talked to Mike Valentine when I called up their tech support. Maybe you will too. You can also shoot them an email so you don't have to do international calling.
