| I told you i would be happy to exchange the the balance when they come in or give you a full refund + the 2nd day air shipping you had to pay.  I then sent you an email after our phone conversation saying this.  "i want to try and make this right.  We are going to try to source another chromer and if we do we will be happy to exchange it for you for free.  Even if it take us weeks to find one.  Or you can return it anytime for a full refund" I never said it was a great chroming job, it was just the best one we got out of the batch.  Yes our chroming guy is slipping, and we will either find another chroming guy even if its in a different state or we will stop selling it all together. I offered you the ability to exchange it when we find a better chromer, or a full refund including the 2nd day air shipping you had to pay at anytime. I dont really know what else we can do as a company to try and present the best customer service possible.  If there is something I don't understand please let me know.
