Message	t. That example is perfectly legal. Its called a CHP 180F form. There isn't much disputing driving suspended. They either are or aren't. You can take it court to suppress the traffic stop basis and dispute taking the car. If you screw up enough then bad things will happen. Seems like somebody in a position in the USAF would understand what wearing a uniform and the image behind it brings.
