The laws are so vague that simply speeding next to another car could get you in handcuffs. It has happened. There used to be a time when "criminal" and "street race" were never used in the same sentence. There have been campaigns in the past against "aggressive" drivers, but the aggressive ones aren't the ones causing the accidents. It's the distracted, inexperienced and just plain stupid ones that do. People can say street racing is stupid all they want, but at least when most people "street race," they're actually paying attention to their driving, and the vehicle(s) around them. Your average H2-driving soccer mom is statistically more likely to kill someone than even the stupidest "street racer."
