Message	I have been a member here since 07/06 under the name sonofsam 313 but changed my user name today.i purchased a used apexi boost controller from member kmahmood ,(khalid mahmood)for 250.00 and was told that it was in working order, after hooking it up accordng to the instructions it failed to come on.to double check my installation i hooked up a friends avc-r controller to the wire harness that i spliced to my ecu harness and it worked just fine.after 18 unanswered phone calls (313 308 6718) and unanswered emails(sk49@yahoo.com),i began to search and found on 300zxclub that he had purchased this from another member minus the actual controller. and then i found out that he placed it plus a controller for sale on tt.net and after i purchased it he posted a add wanting a new or used boost controller..he told me that he had this on his personal z and that it worked just fine, well that was a lie,i plan on filling a police report and taking him to court.I have his address and he is 15 minutes away but i will let the courts handle the matter, i just want all to be aware of this scam artist.
