Just get some Urethane filler/sealent/cement or whatever.. You can buy it from autozone.. its in a tube and costs around $15. You can sand it.. What I did to my Na's fascia was use fiberglass resin w/ hardener and mat. Drilled very small holes and used zip ties to hold it where I needed it. Then layered on the fiberglass resin, mat, then resin, mat etc.. untill you get it to where you want it.. Put some Wax paper (cooking stuff) on the top and let it get hot. (It gets hot from a chemical reaction from the hardener and resin, which helps it cure very fast) Then after its hard and cooled down, take the wax paper off and sand to your liking.. I used 80 grit to take the rough edges down, then go up in steps to 180grit, 320grit, and 420 or stop/continue untill you feel its how you want it.. Tape off areas that don't need painted, use some good primer (few light coats, approx 2-3).. then hit it up with the dupli-color match factory paint aerosol cans (its close enough to the color,specially being on the bottom lip). I would do around 3-5 very light coats of paint. Wet sand with some 1500-2000 grit sand paper, let dry. Clean surface from dirt/dust etc and hit it with some good quality Clear-coat (approx 3-5 very light coats, wet sand again and buff/wax. It was my first time doing anything close to body work and it turned out perfect. I was about 18 years old at the time. Just take your time (should take atleast 5 hours with dry time).
