Message US outer mirror shell
JDM bracket (the heavy metal one that bolts to the door)
US heated glass
JDM guts and wiring, US connector from the old mirror assembly

Once assembled,
Cut off JDM connector from the mirror harness
Reattach US harness conector on to the mirror harness. All of the US harness wires match up accept for two extra wires.

Run these two wires on both sides of the car into the cabin and connect to a double pole double throw switch. I'd suggest a small one to hide it somewhere under the ash tray. Honestly you won't use it very much.

Tip: if your car as a bose car and the bose system is removed and replaced with aftermarket speakers, you can reuse some of the old bose wiring. Assuming you using the skinny gauged wires for the speakers, use the thicker ones for the power and ground to mirrors. Now inside the car, you can cut and splice as necessary in the footwell area. This will cut down on time fishing wires through the door. On a personal note, I hate lazy stereo installers that run wires into the doors outside of the factory wire loom running to the door. It just looks like ass when you open the door.
