Message and therefore manslaughter should not be applied any of the drivers. If
someone is jaywalking (say nothing about a crowd of people in the
middle of the road) they are responsible if they get hit. However Those
racing contributed tp the deaths (if the tire smoke thing is true) because
their illegal actions obstructed the view. I do hope the police completely
check out the driver of the white car (by the way looks like an unmarked
police car) to be sure he was not reckless (no lights). I am a little afraid
the police are going to be quick to use this and the racers as an example
and not be just.

But at the end of the day everyone involved in the street racing should
feel some guilt for what happened. I just think that these spectators
standing in and near roads are not victims when what they are doing is
illegal and stupid. You just can't stand in the middle of the road and then
blame someone else when you get hit.
