Message	I am not saying it is the guys racing fault, but it can not be the guy driving the Crown Vics fault. The road is a 55mph 4 lane highway. I have been down that road at 75 and have been passed by normal trafic. Now you put it at 3ish in the morning (sort of sleepy), dark night due to cloud cover, smoke from the 2 cars doing burn outs, tf he had his lights on or not you would not expect to find a brick load of people standing in the middle of the road?
