Message	racing did a burnout, causing a lot of tire smoke that obliterated the view of the road. The other driver did not realize that people started to walk onto the road because of the tire smoke and as a result, hit them. Police are still trying to determine if that driver did or did not have his headlights on. Sounds to me like the two drivers street racing were directly responsible for creating a hazardous situation that lead to the deaths of those pedestrians.
