Message	by local and state ordinances, not by sign companies. If a business takes possession of your property and is negligent in protecting same; they are responsible. Just because a business posts a sign, that does not exempt them from their obligations as a commercial contractor with its adherent responsiblities and liabilities established under the law. _________________________________________________ What's the difference between Daytona and New York??
