i thought you werent supposed to put rtv on the curved portions of the oil pan, just the rubber seal. i hear you on the reclocking of the turbos. i have spent several hours repositioning brackets, bending things, reclocking, etc.
have you pressure tested the actuators since reclocking, as reclocking will change the preload on the actuators. finally, i think it is cleaner if you run the pcv reroute lines along the center of the plenum from firewall as opposed to across the top.
