Message	non-titanium keys ruined by two different places on two different types of machine. - Home Depot and Ace Hardware. Actually it was 3 keys total as Ace tried to use one of their generic keys which also didn't work. Finally on their 3rd attempt they were able to get it inserted and cut correctly. Point being, I would buy a cheap ($8) replacement key from the dealer, Coz, Ultimate Z, etc. and have the cutter test cut it first before putting the Titanium key to the cutter. Make sure all functions of the key work to. I had one test key that would open the door but would not start the car.
