Message	no charges pressed to crown vic owner that hit the people, but looking for the racers. "police called to scene for illegal street racing, shortly after a call for an accident" Something smells fishy about this. I'm puttung my money on the crown vic was a cop called to the scene that lost control when trying to catch the racers. Then they say say the vic was not part of the race.
