Coz, Specialty Z, IPP do this every day without fail. Why can't Ash? The customer shouldn't have to "deal with it" I thought he hired help. Apparently the help sucks. I get tired of seeing these posts time and time again. And without fail, the Ash fanboys come out in force with their excuses. I appreciate the fact that he is an innovator for a 15 year old car, but he really needs someone else to take care of the business end of it.
