Message	Thanks very much for the info. I will go with the MoS2 next time, I hadn't really heard of it until I saw your sig. Out of interest I remember Ash or someone calculated the load on a rod bearing for some reasonable torque value and it came out at over 3000lbs (this might be quoted wrong but sounds right). So I guess even if there is a square inch of contact or two it really is reaching the limits of the Fluropolymer coating and not even approaching those of MoS2.
