You're trying too hard to sound intelligent. Hint: Don't use big words just to sound smart; smaller words are typed faster, read faster, and generally cut to the point faster. To answer your question, Ash does decent business with his current products; he has relatively quick turnover times for ECUs, intakes and such. His trouble is with getting new products to the market. I think this is where you're getting into his personal life, as he does have one and doesn't sit around and work on Z-related stuff all day. He has other things to do, and sometimes he'll estimate when some product should be available, but then certain things (some which are in his control and others which aren't) cause delays, and his priorities aren't always with the Z community. He's human. Deal with it.
