I took them the fender and the paint code. It matches well, but not exactly (as the paint on the rest of the car is 14 years old), but I don't mind much because I'm getting the whole thing painted in about a year. If your situation is a bit different (meaning you want the paint to match exactly), I would consider taking the new body pannels to them while they're still off of the car, and leaving the car with them to color match (to match well, they should look at the adjascent parts like the doors and the hood in your case). This way, you'll get a good match and you can be sure they will be able to do a good job of hitting the edges (and maybe save a buck or two in labor costs since the shop won't have to take off or put on bady parts).
