: I'm looking at upgrading my exhaust system. Looking for something that is fairly quiet, not much louder than stock but that still offers some performance gain. I spoke with someone recently who mentioned an exhaust system (thermal I think) that was made out of aluminium but coated in ceramic that was close to stock in sound and less than $1k. Anyone else heard of this? I was thinking that the weight saving in going aluminium might be worth the decreased life span. The Z is a stock 90TT but I am heading towards stage 3! : thanks my vote is for the Thermal on your TT, too (it's stainless steel) - costs less than Stillen or B&B, dual tip so it looks stock, fairly quiet, and fully polished. email me if you want some pics.
