Message	Here's a hint: if it doesn't involve some objective numerical quantification of performance, you're just driving around. This is exactly what happened when you were selling those bum SPAL fans and shrouds, which everyone eventually ditched. You never actually tested it, and your customers ended up holding the bag of shit when it was discovered you were selling an untested, faulty product. Par for (your) course.
