Message	you can fight it by taking your vehicle to state referee and get a paper should be below 95dba. take to the court it will be cleared. they do three noise test. or pay the fine which is around $115 i believe. i just paid fine because mine was louder cuz of test pipes my friend works at one of the station and tested for me. they might do ASM test depending on the violation. you can always go and ask the referee they are helpful. call and set up an appointment.
