Message	how many people freak out at the very thought of welding questions and jump to a conclusion that there is big damage. I read your post regarding the damage, and from the pics, it's not bad at all. Your new fender and headlights line up. Any welder should be able to do it, but I would recommend getting it done at a bodyshop just on the basis that you would want the headlights and center panel to line up properly. Other than that, there are no worries.
