got, and whether you can do the work yourself. You might be able to get a used engine and put it in yourself for $2000, or you could do a really good job, fix all possibly old, worn out stuff, and upgrade a little for $10,000, or anywhere in between. Be careful, read a lot on this site, educate yourself before deciding. My opinion, don't rebuild your engine unless you are an expert. These cars are tricky.
